Polls YouTube's own Atom feed every 5 minutes — free, no API key, no quota. Videos, Shorts and Live are three independent toggles, each costing one extra fetch rather than a filter applied after the fact. A long-form video and a livestream post as a bare link so Discord's own player unfurls it; a Short posts as our embed card, because a Short's own unfurl is poor and everything a card needs is already in the feed entry. Server Premium, same tier as Twitter/GitHub/Letterboxd feeds — up to 5 feeds per server.
