Checks every 5 minutes. There is no free official TikTok API, so this walks a three-tier fallback ladder — an HTML page, then yt-dlp, then a headless-browser fetch — that degrades on its own as each tier gets rate-limited or blocked, rather than needing a human to notice and switch it (see tools/tiktokfeed.js for the measured cost of each tier). Every new post appears as a card plus the link, so it's still shareable out of Discord even on the plainest style. Server Premium, same tier as Twitter/GitHub/Letterboxd/YouTube feeds — up to 3 feeds per server.
